To be honest with you, I'm not sure how accurate these VGChartz numbers are, due to every PSP game opening extremely low (in my opinion). Of course, that might well be the case and all these games simply sold over time.
But regardless, the legs on that Call of Duty game were very good. 471k first year, 696k second year, 434k third year etc. And like you mention, it wasn't a big franchise when that game first launched. So I'm hoping much bigger opening for the Vita versions and similar legs (if the multi-player component is good).
