Actually, Nintendo is one of the companies that throws the most money in website advertising, and Nintendo games indeed generally get high marks. There are quite some Nintendo fanboys among the press so yes, I think it's pretty safe to assume that HD games were far above Nintendo games during this gen. 

Name them, or name any website where Wii and DS actually got fair treatment and equitable page-space.

Please bear in mind that is not about page space. Indeed, with virtually nothing coming on Wii/DS, there can hardly be page space. And furthermore, 3DS does get page space.

To answer your question, Gamrreview first. I've been looking on the past 7-8 months in reviews and virtually no game on an Nintendo platform gets under 6, and big Nintendo games usually hit 8 or 9, while some HD games like FFXIII-2 get destroyed for no real reason. There are also some French sites I often read, like jeuxvideo.com. Gameblog.fr is also a case in which you see Nintendo ads all the time.
