1) I think we all should have known by now neXtBox will have strong ties to Win8.
2) However, I think this is the first time an MS person directly mentioned the coming of a "new Xbox". To me, this means its even more certain that its launch is firmly planned already... pushing it to a latest can be in late 2013 as they won't do a surprise fall 2012 launch.
