For me those things were minor. Diablo firstly and foremost lost its identity as a game, it was a dark and challenging dungeon crawler and now it's just a  good hack and slash rpg and nothing more. I hate the fact that you have to play the game a couple of times until it becomes challenging.

But when it comes to the DRM, i agree with it. I think its a step backwards for gaming BUT on the other hand PC gamers don't deserve more respect than that. They are a market you cannot depend on and I agree that companies have to take every measure to keep them from being (not all of them but the big part) thieving tricksters, no matter how negative it is for gaming.
