For me, this is a kind of 'meh' idea simply because there isn't particularly a character at the fore-front of Tales. If there were one, it would have to be Lloyd, since (coincidentally) Symphonia is the only Tales of game I've played (until Graces F comes out in EU). It was like when I saw people listing Rudy (Wild ARMs) as a possible character for PSABR. I love the WA series, and Rudy is a great character, but he's not well known.
Then again, I suppose it's not any more obscure than Fat Princess
