I have the same problem. Installs and PSN titles have sucked my 80GB HDD totally dry. I have to delete stuff all the time and I won't even consider buying DLC for my games. At the time, 80GB seemed like so much (I had a 20GB 360, then) that I figured it would never run out. I haven't even been able to try DC Universe Online and I really wanted that game.

I'm sure it's easy to put in another HDD but I just don't want to go through the trouble. I'll never sell it, though. Why? PS2 backwards compatibility. I sold my PS2 when I got my PS3 (and gave another to my sister) so if I want to play my PS2 games in upscaled resolution, I have to keep my PS3.
