Why do weed smokers LOVE talking about how they smoke weed?

I have no problem with people who want to smoke pot, but yeah, it's annoying as hell when people go on about "man I was so high the other day..." What do you want, a f***ing medal? I'm sorry, but don't give a damn how high you get, and saying it like it makes you the coolest, edgiest, most rebellious mofo on the planet just makes you look like a dick.
