In terms of graphics & processing?

Most Wii visual discussions seem to come down to art, since there's some absolutel beautiful games like Epic Yarn and Muramasa on the platform, but let's put art aside for a moment and talk tech.

The system is almost at the end of its lifespan now, and it's unlikely we'll get any more games that really push the hardware, so looking back, which was its technical flagship title?

Just a heads up. 95% of all of the post are not going to be based on the tech at all. They are going to be based on whether or not the person posting liked the game. I've tried this a few times before and the results are awlays the same.

Its Zangeki no Reginleiv followed by Darkside Chronicles followed by Overlord Dark Legacy.

Zangeki no Reginleiv. Over 100 detailed, fully  shadowed, dismemorable enemies on screen at once, destructable environments, all characters mapped with textures effects, bloom lighting, high level particle and explosion effects as, high level physics, detailed water and huge draw distances all at the same time with 4 player online co-op. No other Wii game has come close to achieving this.

Darkside Chronicles: Best overal graphical fideliy that I've seen in a Wii game. Highest polygon count modals, HQ textures, texture effects, lighting effects and evironment manipulation.

Overloard Dark Legac: Best used of Dynamic Shadows I can remember on the system and second best for use of physics in an active environment.
