I'll have to say either Goldeneye 007 or Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Goldeneye let tons of action go down without much in the way of framerate problems, and the characters and lighting in Shattered Memories wouldn't look out of place on an Xbox 360.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
