No, the redesign sold around 190k in 2 days, didn't it? And the normal model sold around 50k for the whole week.

1 - Yeah, you're right. Still, incredible numbers.

2 - It was released december 17th. The week began on december 14th. So it sold for 17, 18, 19 and 20th of December - 4 days.

2 - OH, right! Forgot it released at that time.

Edit: Actually, PS3 slim released in September 2009 >_>. It was the special edition FFXIII console that released in December

Yikes, that's true! I picked the best selling week of PS3 in japan, thinking it was the Slim launch for sure!

So the slim sold 150k week one (4 days). 54k second week. That FF week was surely epic for it in japan.
