Not too surprised. NSMB 2 looks pretty bland to me. Everything is recycled from the old games, with the only major addition being the gimmick of collecting coins. I don't play the games just to collect coins, I play them from the thrill of doging and taking out enemies. I feel like this game is missing the spirit of the classic Mario games. I'm sure it's a decent game in its own right, but it looks pretty mediocre compared to most other classic Mario games. NSMB U looks infinitly better.
