Well if you are going for unreleased games it would be Star Wars 1313, that thing dips to arround 30fps on a GTX 680. Last Light is meant to be much better optomised than the first game, the GTX 570 should be able to do high settings aparently.
Watch Dogs, Crysis 3, BF4, and ArmA 3, Total War: Rome 2 should all also be demanding next year.
