How about just asking the film makers to chip in? Pretty sure they can afford it after the movie has already raked in, what, almost $400 million alone domestically, and will easily top $1B worldwide.
After all, aren't you "health care for all!" folks the same ones always complaining that "the rich" don't pay their fair share?
