To upload you need a Jpeg (or PNG/GIF) picture file saved to your computer, then all you do is go to a specific games page and click "edit game", then click on the boxart tab, then browse for thr file and upload.
If there is no "edit game" link then you may need more posts.... If using Internet Explorer you may get an error message tellinb you that the site only supports Jpeg/Png/Gif (even if the file was one of those)
ioi will be fixing that error sometime in the future... but for now it seems just don't use IE is the only solution.
