This, and this again.  I don't believe EA are going to be strong supporters of the Wii-U from the get-go.  They're going to wait and gauge the reaction and then start releasing properly on it if it's done well.

This is probably just damage control, so when they start releasing late for the Wii-U once it does well, they can say "Well, we told you so!"
