I was not very interested in the 3DS XL but when I first saw the real device I was very astonished how much better the graphics look on the big screen (and the great 3D!) and I think there are many people out there who feels like me.
I saw many people on the 3DS XL Launch day who tested the XL and obviously was astonished as I am. Some even asks the salesperson if it has better graphics chips because it looks so much better.
I think the 3DS XL could reach new customers that were originally not interested in the 3DS.
