Na, they wouldn't want to copy Sony or anything. I mean, naming it that would be an obvious rip-off..... :P
OP: I think a smash bothers original thats been tweked with a few extra features would be better. Smash Brothers 3DS even sounds better than memories but Nintendo have done things before that I personally shit loads of people thought wouldn't work.
