Mine is from a movie - I played a somewhat traumatized character who had gone through too much electroshock therapy. His name was Zap. I was the only person cast outside of pre-known social groups. So I really had to prove my worth - It was a nice part and I made the most of it. The director really, really liked me and one day called me 'ZappyKins' as term of endearment.
It stuck - and I like it - so now I be ZappyKins!
PS Plus in high school I had a way with static electricity and use it to shock people. I could go around zapping people when I wanted. (not magic - I was also the worst conductor of electricity in my physics class.)
