The Mourning is for the people who died during the 7/7 bombings, which occured the day after London won the bid for the games.
And the Olympic flame was awesome! Each petal representing a country, with strips of paper representing the 7billion in the world...it was nice!
The Maritians are getting a thrashing in the Women's Beach Volleyball...now clear your mind of that thought.
