So a bit of a recap from this morning's action then:
-First Gold Medal goes to China's Yi Siling, in Shooting. They also won Bronze, but the Silver went to Poland.
-There's a 5-man breakaway in the road cycling, which needs to be pegged back for British success.
-Talking of British success, a lot of atheletes through, as every semi-final or final in the swimming, so far, will have a British athelete in, the same as Rowing. Fencing and Badminton have also been good disciplines today.
-Not so good was Micheal Phelps, who finished in 15th overall in the heats, only 0.07 seconds inside of the elimination time. He'll contest the semi-finals, but was he too cocky? I think so...
