Need opinion on laptop I'm buying.

The laptop is a little overpriced from my point of view you can get more RAM better GPU USB 3.0 Brands like (Asus/Acer/Lenovo) and eventually Bluray/DVD 15-17 inch for the same price, atleast you should be able to.

Don't care about portability it's basically gonna stay on the desk where my desktop is, 6 GB of ram is plenty for anything today, I don't think there's anything (other then the odd new game which I won't be playing) that requires more. 17" screen which I do want, like I said I don't care to much for portability. Don't care about disk drives (blu-ray), everything I use is digital (usb), can't remember the last time I used a disk in my computer. Don't need usb 3.0. So all that extra crap that drives up the price is pointless to me.

Also I couldn't buy Acer, their not exactly known for making high quality products, there's a reason why their so cheap.

Was just the first I clicked on. Also I never said it drives up the price to have those things. I am going to look for Asus/Lenovo with better GPU more Ram or bigger HD for 650 just to see if I get a better offer.
