For the first year of a generation there usually are
Last gen it was GUN, Just Cause, Need for Speed Most wanted/Carbon/Prostreet, most sports titles, Call of Duty 3, Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, The Godfather: The Game. And a lot more if you include the Wii.
There are alresady a bunch for the Wii U, like Batman, Assassin's Creed etc. And Watch Dogs is comming to PC, current gen and TBA so that is a lock
