Very interesting article.
It shows how stupid Curt Schilling is by letting his over-confident sports personality influence and ruin a business he has no experience in.
As soon as they presented the Amalur franchise I knew it would fail hard, especially the MMO. It just didn't sound appealing. Even the name sucked. What idiot names his game Kingdoms of Amalur: the Reckoning? Only a badly run company.
And worst of all is to hear that Curt Schilling's plan really was to become filthy rich in order to become a philantropist like Bill Gates and build a $200 million medical research facility because his son is autistic, which was the reason why he chose the MMO genre and hoped it would become as big as World of Wacraft. Hyperbole lol.
