You know you can still buy the physical copy, right? After all, the first 2 are 10 € each, and the third one will follow the same route with time.
The only problem are the DLCs.

I have yet to buy a physical copy of a PC game o.O.
Hmmm, wouldnt there be problems though like limitations on installations and such (i.e. Keys to play?)

AFAIK even the retail versions of Mass Effect 3 and Battlefield 3 require Origin so it won't really matter if you buy physical or digital, you'll still have to use Origin.

Since when?!
I got both of them long before Origin was launched so I don't know if that has changed.
I do remember having to create a Bioware account when I played the 1st and an EA account for the second (which, btw doesn't recognize me anymore, yet I can still play the game)

Battlefield 3 is famous for requiring Origin, and I'm pretty sure ME3 requires it too. The first two ME games don't, that's true, but I think the third one does.
