Alot of times when that happens a restart of the game fixes it. but you could also check if the game needs an update?

Best way to check is to use Six Launcher imo as it checks if you need an update and then downloads and installs it for you.

I do run the game through six launcher, so I don't think that's the issue- I've definitely got v1.62 ; it was working fine earlier on today, I just can't seem to connect to anything anymore :(
