U mad, bro? 5 months after launch and it hasn't even broken 1 million units in the Americas yet (or any other region for that matter), and it's being outsold by the Wii and original DS on a weekly basis. Simple fact is that in America (specifically the US) the Sony brand isn't as strong as it used to be, the PSP is deader than dead, and everyone tends to associate the Vita with the PSP, so they avoid it like the plague. |
if it's any consolation, I was looking for the Rock saying "how about a tall glass of shut the hell up", more comedic, less angry.
And dude, are you completely trying to ignore facts? the PS3 had a similarly dismal launch and yet look where that ended up. Likely end up over 90 million units by the time it's all said and done. not to mention the first few years of the PS3's lifetime were cannibalized by the established and remarkably successful PS2. Even IF the PSP was outselling the Vita, it's not unheard of. Same thing happened in the formative months of the DS..but again, you failed to do your research becuase the Vita has been the second best selling handheld for a few months now (granted, it's not doing MUCH better than the PSP on a worldwide scale, but that's not the point, the point is that you're wrong.)
And if you're talking just the US, well, don't be so arrogant, the US and Canada aren't all that matter.
