Sorry pal but first you are wrong about gameinformers supposed comfirmation and now you are missquoting.
SE said "We have no information on the status of Final Fantasy Versus XIII, but will be sure to update you as it becomes available" not the future.
In simple terms they refuse to aknowledge anything Kotaku printed. I'm not taking sides.
