oh shit, actually thinking on it that's a similar looking one, I'll have to find 
the name of that one those I recognize that it was within the last year, involved a guy who loves his camera falling in love with an alien (but really no Sci Fi included, basically all romance)

It's Ano Natsu de Matteru instead of the Anohana series I was thinking of.
