I feel Microsoft will wait until Spring to drop prices (just in time to launch the Gears of War Judgment console at a cheaper price point and offer their last LE Console before releasing what's next). I truly feel they aren't trying to battle Sony any longer for market-share, I think they'd rather reap the profits and focus on Windows 8, the inevitable next gen console, and SmartGlass (which should add a decent spec of value to the 360).

Edit: I imagine some serious price deals this holiday to accent the LE Halo console launch and Black Ops II, but not a full, worldwide price cut until Spring (the fact that they're asking for $399.99 for the Halo 4console reinforces that hypothesis).

Is that with the game included though? Or does it have something else, like an extra controller or bigger HDD?

It comes with two Halo 4 printed controllers (with an AWESOME LED blue light ring), a Standard Edition of Halo 4, and exc;lusive DLC for buyers of the console).

So you're thinking all that extra is worth $100? If we assume the regular 250GB X360 still costs $299 by the launch of Halo 4. Guess that makes sense. It's a really good deal though for people who... for people who don't have an X360 yet.

Back when I bought the Halo 3 limited console it cost $399 versus a regular X360 at $349 and it didn't have anything extra. I felt ripped off (all regular X360s were sold out).
