Wait a sec, I'm looking at these Steam Sales and they aren't all that crazy. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Revelation now cost $18, I bought both my copies for $30 last christmas, paid only $10 for Brotherhood.

Deus Ex is $18 at EB games, and the same on Steam (but you save on the DLC).

Fallout NV: GOTY Ed is $30 at Best Buy, and only recently $24 on Steam. I think this game will drop to $20 soon as well.

It's the old titles that are cheap on Steam, EB games and such don't normally sell games for under $10 unless it's a bizarre promotion, but on Steam....

Anyway, Steam is awesome.

That's because the games you are looking at aren't in a daily deal.

Deus Ex may be 75% off in a few hours.

That's true, but to be fair sometimes console games get crazy deals too. I mean Assassin's Creed revelations was being sold for $20 new at EB games last christmas (Boxing Day Deal in Canada), and well.... you could sell the hard the hard copy of the game now for that price, so it's basically free.
