Its called innovation. You take an idea and you tweak/improve/make worse whatever. This is why our patent system is so flawed when it comes to technology.
None of the Android prodcuts are copies of iCrap. They are a variation of the idea behind the device. Some for the better some for the worse.
I hope that pretty soon all judges get fed up with Apple and its war against innovation and throw every single item out of court.
It happens in all markets and all products. That's how innovation works and its how we get better shit every year.
You like multitask, notifications, an eventual 7" iPad, etc... well you can thank Apple for copying Android OEMs/Google. They all do it and Apple fought (and lost) this same court room war against MS in the early days of PCs.
