I have said many racial insults but not in anger. It's pretty much playful as I get the same insults back because I'm half Russian. I would say thing like "why don't you go mow someone's lawn or something?" to a Mexican. I don't think I've ever done it to seriously hurt a person.
Would you feel flattered if someone of your same sex started hitting on you?
