Was my brother scammed somehow?

Most likely this, but he was just such a weird guy... seemed so shady. My brother really feels like he's being conned somehow lol

Or he wanted to scope out your house.

This is what I was afraid of when I went outside to look for him, all he'd have to do is give he the wrong description of a car and I'd be outside looking for quite a while, leaving my house empty. I doubt he'd go to such great lengths for this though, if he wanted to scope my house he could simply drive past it. He never wanted to go inside my flat to give it to me, he said he'd be "around the corner."

I have to go to work now but I'm making sure my brother stays at home just in case.
