The PC is there if you really want to invest time and preparation before your gaming. Consoles are there if you just want to play games. It really just comes down to personality.

I am games before preparation, which is why I bought the Crysis Collection and the 2k Collection for $70 bucks before I buy the high powered PC and I am sure the sales will be better next week or even tomorrow . For less than the full price of one game I got seven games and three games for the price of one used title at Gamestop. Paying more for an inferior version of a game is just plain wrong whether or not its based on personality. I consider myself a console gamer, but Steam made it easier to get games in my hand.
