I think this will mean that we won't see any Wii U exclusives using UE4, and really just means that if publishers think that the market is worth it they have the option of porting the engine over themselves. I think that they said something similar about UE3 and the Wii tho and I don't think that any devs actually did it.

I think you are right about the first and i know your right about the second. if epic isn't giving official support than making that port happen is really really expensive. it is just flat out cheaper to build from scratch with shared assets in a different engine.
