no, i got it that it can be scaled down.  that's not the important part.  the reason unreal is so popular compared to the alternatives is Epic has far superiour support for their engine than anyone else.  if epic aren't supporting U4 on wii U than devs won't use it just like they aren't using the U4 alternatives this gen.  it is too expensive to work in unsupported software.
