I can't help but wonder what's going on behind the scenes, right now.
Nintendo had Epic create the "Garden Demo" for the Wii U's 2011 showing. Have Epic changed their mind on supporting the Wii U, did Nintendo just ask them to show off their skills to try to entice them, or is this a case of misdirection of some sort?
For instance, might it be that Epic are making a separate engine for the Wii U, specifically tweaked for that system? After all, Nintendo wants to provide as much encouragement as possible for exclusives without having to "moneyhat" it, and having a strong and exclusive engine from Epic would probably help.
