1. I doubt the hardware specs will be on par with eachothr by that time. Sure tech is getting smaller but the size also presents limitations, more room for tech will provide the advantage.
2. So it can cloud game. Probably everyone will incorporate that eventually. Internet infrastructure is the obstacle.
3. This is unrelated from OUYA isn't it? Why release OUYA if that is the case?
Android devices have different hardware limitations, early devices will dissolve from the install base. Even a cloud solution is limited by wireless limitations. OUYA is it's own device, existing Android devices on the market do not factor in, only the available titles on the Android market. At some point the software will have to advance and lose the install base.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
