So why not something like this,

-You go on the playstation store
-You buy a game retailed at $9.99
-You play it and beat it
-You want to sell it
-You now go on to the playstation marketplace
-You set up your profile so any funds sold go to your psn account for future purchases
-You up load (no longer available to use game now) which game you are selling, Sony and or the Developer gives you the price of the game being sold
-It sells, lets say for $7.99, you get $5.99 while the Developer and Sony receive the other $2.00
-Now with fresh money on your account you go and buy a new game

Everybody wins.

(of course this is the absolute dumbed down version of what we could do with this, trying to keep it simple)

I can see it being even easier than that.

1) Sell your game to someone else for whatever price you negotiate.

2) Inform the platform holder of the transfer. They enter the required key strokes on their end to end your license to that game and begin a license on the buyer's end. They charge you a reasonable transfer fee.

3) Life moves on.

I admit there might be some technical challenges here though: computer stuff's not exactly my forte.
