The movie was just ok. It did not feel like a Pixar movie. It was predictable, cliche, and (SPOILERS) the idea of the mom turning into a bear so she and Merida could reconcile was very lazy. I don't see why the filmmakers couldn't have had them solve their problems in a real way rather than use some cheap gimmick.
