Quality voice acting will bring a dynamic a text simply cannot. The problem is most video game voice acting and writing is bad, bad writing is always made worse when spoken aloud.
But Ultimately I think voice acting for Other characters should be a definite. Its safe to say Link should not be voiced, but If they plan on doing something brave with his character then I'd be excited to see how that went down. The franchise needs to continue to take risk, simply changing the artstyle isn't enough for me. Skyward Sword was missing something IMO.
