Well, let's see how the XL will perform. Who knows. But even if it doesn't beat the DS, it won't make a fool of itself, no way.
Well, so far yes, Layton vs Ace Attoney is still TBA 2012 - but I think it's hard for it to make it. Too bad, the series has a yearly release schedule since 2008... but I believe the 6th Layton is already in the making too.
