So by the end of the year, I would expect the final numbers to look like:
PS3 - 10.25m (~70.75m TOTAL)
360- 8m (~71.75 TOTAL)
Wii - 5.75m (~100.65m TOTAL)

3DS - 11.5m
Vita - 6m
PS3 will nab second place by the time the fiscal year ends in March 2013 I reckon.......

Too low for PS3 and 360. Sony themselves are predicting shipments of 13m for the fiscal year, 360 will be big this holiday.

You know i really do not know if the 360 will be that big at christmas because if the current sales are any indication the 360 is on a downward slide.  Of course all consoles are on the down.  The only thing this christmas that can make the 360 big is Halo 4 but i don't even know if that will help because I feel like most of the people that will want Halo 4 should already have a 360.

Halo 4 and a pending price cut. Cod, kinect etc. Big in America at least, but not as big as last year. So I'd say around 10-11m for 360 and 12-12.5m for PS3

The new $99 360 with kinect and 2 year subscription may be MS's solution to a price cut because normally a company announces a price cut at an event like E3 or Gamescom.  And seeing as E3 is over and I think MS is not going to Gamescom, I don't see when they will announce one.  They could do it at Comic-con or just make there own press release, but idk.  But I'd say overall your numbers are probably gonna be pretty close
