I compiled a chart of hardware sales for the four first weeks in 2008

(weeks ending 5th of january until 26th):

       Totals
Wii   519 971 209 209 236 052 354 359 1 319 591
PS3   289 565 160 281 145 786 146 742 742 374
X360   213 240 138 543 117 336 128 878 597 997
Totals

1 022 776 508 033 499 174 629 979 2 659 962
PS3   28,31 % 31,55 % 29,21 % 23,29 % 27,91 %
X360   20,85 % 27,27 % 23,51 % 20,46 % 22,48 %
Wii   50,84 % 41,18 % 47,29 % 56,25 % 49,61 %

I'ts perhaps not unexpected to notice how Wii is taking almost 50% of the the market,

but the race for second place is heating up. PS3 has at the moment a small head start (27.9%)

over the 360 (22.5%).

Is this the way for 2008 ?

Lost my faith in VGChartz. Too many stupid and ignorant Americans, even as moderators.

It's a shame, really. "The Boss" should do something radical about this Americanization, but it seems hardly feasible, so my days here are numbered.
