England come low down in murder but has one of the highest crime rate? That doesnt add up to me. Surely there must be different levels that each country considers something a crime. There is no way that England as a similar crime rate to the US. Higher crime rate to South Africa? no frikkin way. Have you seen the South African Police. Theyre a waste of time and corupt. And they dont give a crap about the poor. So if a poor guy got assaulted in south africa, i bet that doesnt go down as a crime. Same goes for a lot of the countries.
