For instance, they were the ones who received the reports back in April from "anonymous devs" who claimed that WiiU was not as powerful as the PS360, which is fine, however they conveniently failed to mention the opinions to the contrary from many identified sources (such as Gearbox)... or even the "on par" rumors, such as Vigil's opinion. Now, they at least seem to be acknowledging that it's on par with current gen, but like I said, if games in a year or so after WiiU's launch excel visually beyond the launch titles the way Gears and Uncharted did for their respective systems, we could very well see WiiU stretch its graphical legs beyond what the HD twins are capable of. Only time will tell, though. |
You'll always see the negative comments coming from the same people on forums. It's the same with media articles. If a place is always spewing negativism on a topic, in the end it's cause they're biased. We don't need time to figure that one out.
And even if it isn't malvolent, it's purely lazy on their part to just show one side of the coin. My mind is made up, I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt.
