that is in so many movies^^ not only horror. ok not exactly the same but...someone is breaking in a house, someone in bed hears it and goes in the room with the broken window and muddy footsteps on the ground and asks "hello, is there someone" haha. who would do that? i would try to leave the house or some would take their gun but being loud to let the criminal know where you are? and do they expect the criminal will say "yes here is someone, mr. criminal"
