No it doesn't. That's called prejudice my friend, and it's wrong. You shouldn't judge a person on their religion.
If a person strives to be like Christ, it doesn't make them Christ. Yes God holds them up to a higher standard, because he's their coach, but the audience has no right to complain when the player falls short. If he's not good enough, let him play in a lower league. Plus he's your friend, stop judging him.
If he judged you before, he was wrong. Don't let it lead you into making the same mistake. I know it's hard, but break the cycle before you rip each others' heads off.
