So I went through all of my collectables, dumping everything that i had more than 5 of (to bring it down to 5, just in case of future Colony 6 needs) and didn't have a ! on it, giving it from one character to another. The only relationship i made headway in was Shulk-Melia, though surely it helped elsewhere, too (targets were Reyn-Sharla just because, Riki-Seven who haven't served together, and Shulk-Melia)
In the meantime, i'm doing quite well with my all-female squad
