I tried both playing stiles and I though Wiimote and Nunchuck were the best for me. You will know when you play it, but it's much easier to move around while choosing skills with the wiimote+nunchuck than with the classic controler. I had none of the problems mentioned with the camera. I just adjusted the camera movement speed and I was fine.
